Our group of companies are privately Australian owned and managed by a combination of professionals with experience in corporate advisory, taxation and finance, property development and construction.

Established in 2005, Merlot was developed to meet the needs of Australian investors looking for a safe and sustainable investment alternative. Merlot’s unique service offering P3 (passive property portfolio) is a truly passive direct property investment product which delivers on the benefits of residential property, without the hard work often associated with this type of investment.
