A NON EVENT. That is how I would describe my dealings with Merlot Investments. I do not have to do anything, it is all done for me. Since attending a Merlot Investment Seminar and consequently purchasing an investment property, I have had very little to do. Making the initial call to Merlot Investments was one of the smartest decisions I have made. After seeing the advertisement in the 'Army Newspaper' I simply phoned with a general enquiry. After a few phone conversations, discussing what seemed like very ‘common sense’ information, I made the decision to travel to Brisbane and meet the Directors of Merlot.
I spent the day with the Merlot team and inspected the investment areas and finished product. Merlot went to the trouble of offering me a range of investment properties to choose from that were outside the 30 km radius from the Enoggera base so that the property could be kept as an investment and I don't have to live in it if I get posted to Brisbane I now have an investment strategy with long term assured rent. I could not be happier with my decision.
